Project Scope Management

What is scope management? It is the process of ensuring that project work comprises only of work needed to complete the project successfully. The project manager has to keep in mind that there is no gold plating, double check that no extra work has been added. In order to see what is in and what is out the project manager evaluates requirements against the business case and then ranks and prioritizes them.
